Staff is great but was fraudulently charged for something that was not even quoted. Went to pay for it but they decided to hold on to the check and sent me to collections. I WAS a patient for 11 years prior to that!! Started a proceedure on my daughter and when it didn't go as planned he got really nervous. As a result of all of the prying he had to do in her mouth, my daughter had a lot of problems causing her to have to go to emergency the next day b/c she was in so much pain. I tried to stay loyal but after the above treatment I canceled my families appts. and have moved on.

Dear patients, What this review is referring to was a single extraction appointment where the surgery proved to be more involved and complicated than expected. A different insurance procedure code and different fee was accurately posted. An adjustment and correction to this patient's account has since been made to honor the origional treatment plan quote. In terms of the held check and account being sent to our CPA, this was totally a communication error and also has been reversed and corrected...the check was accidently slid between 2 charts. I was looking for a dentist to service my entire family and had felt they were a very friendly group. However the rates are always higher leaving a balance due even for regular cleaning and xrays. At another dentist I started to see, I found I never received a balance due bill following services. A friend who went there was quoted one price and charged a couple hundred dollars over the price quoted without an explanation and then sent to collections by their office when they were not able pay in full. I find the greed and business practices of that office to be extremely distasteful and didn't feel like the dentist was extraordinary and could easily be replaced.

Dear patients, This review is directly related to previous patient response. This reviewer is family/close friends of the origional dissatisfied patient. Please read my response to their concerns. With regards to dental insurance payments...we are a fee for service practice and by contract/insurance law, most procedures do involve a predetermined percentage patient co-payment set up by the dental insurance plan. Our office always tries as accurately as we can to inform ahead of time to our patients what these co-payments should be. Sincerely, Dr. Oliver

I had a bunch of work done by Dr. Oliver and he was always very considerate and kind. I liked that he really let me consider all my options and to pick the one that worked best for me. Very nice people in the office, too.

I was nervous to find a good dentist. I've heard good things from friends about Dr. Oliver. I made an appointment and found out for myself how comforting he is. He, along with his staff, made me feel safe... and it was painless! They were so great! I would recommend this office to anyone...especially if you have a fear of dentistry, like myself. They give all of their patients a flower as they leave...I thought that was a special touch! They also have a great new patient special for only $50.00...x-rays, exam and an evaluation with Dr. Oliver. If I refer someone they will give me a $25.00 credit too! Sounds good to me :) Check it out for yourself!
